Dee Moore was born in Bell, Florida and has resided in Sky Valley full time since 1999. Among the many accomplishments, Dee has served as Mayor of Sky Valley and on the Sky Valley City Council. He is currently a member of the Rabun County Chamber of Commerce, Served on the Sky Valley Property Owners Association, a member of  the Dillard United Methodist Church, and the Rabun County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
